Fireworks Glasses and Glow Necklaces

We will be selling Fireworks Glasses and Glow Necklaces over the 4th of July weekend. Its a 3 day weekend since Independance Day falls on Monday.

Hot Rod Mama

We picked up the truck today from M&L. They installed a bunch of new parts and tweaked some timings.

Ignition Points & Condenser
Ignition Rotor
Distributor Cap
AIr Filter
Fuel Filter
Vacuum Lines
Fuel Tank and Sending Unit

The bottom of the fuel tank looked to have been patched several times. The carburator was cleaned of accumulated rust from the tank. They did a bunch of other stuff too.

All that to say...she runs like a top now! Vrrrrrrrooooooooooooom! No more hesitation, fast acceleration, all that good stuff.

Working Out the Kinks!

We took the truck out to M & L Automotive Specialties this morning so they could take a look at the stalling issues we've been experiencing. It couldn't be a bettter day for it. It is cold, it is rainy, and it is definately not a good day for selling ice cream.
Mike said it is most likely a carberator / fuel line issue after hearing the litany of problems we've experienced during our first week being on the road. Stalling, backfiring and sluggishness are not attractive! I have total confidence in these guys, I know they'll make her right.

Glass

Talked with Shawn today about the gaskets for the back glass. He said the stuff is on order and should be here this week. The back glass has *got* to go in soon.
